“Silence Broken: Act on TB”, a seminar held on May 24, 2024, is organized jointly by Bioteck and Qiagen under the patronage of The Ministry of Public Health with the collaboration of the Syndicat des Biologistes du Liban and the support of Fondation Mérieux.
The seminar focuses on drug sensitivity recommendations for tuberculosis, TB elimination and screening in Lebanon, Optimizing TB screening for patients undergoing biological treatment, and improving TB screening in migrant populations. Eight renowned Tuberculosis speakers shared with us their expertise and experience, providing valuable insights and inspiration on TB disease.
It aims to educate healthcare professionals on new techniques, problems, guidelines, and evidence, as well as the benefits of IGRA technology. It introduced new diagnostic solutions like QuantiFERON, a dependable brand in TB testing, to encourage best practices for TB diagnosis and treatment.
