As part of our team’s ongoing learning initiatives and our ‘Voice of the Customer’ strategy, we would like to inform you about our Beckman Coulter partner visit to Lebanon, which took place from Monday, October 27, to Friday, October 31, 2025.
The visiting team included Mr. Raed Bouden, Service Supervisor SSA, and Mr. Noureddine Chendoudi, Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay Product Specialist Middle East.
The purpose of the visit was to conduct internal training sessions for our Sales, Application, and IT teams, alongside on-site visits to current Beckman users and potential ones across the country. The sessions primarily covered interesting topics such as Automation solutions (DxA FIT), Quality Metrics, and Remisol Advance capabilities.
In addition to leveraging the expertise of our team across multiple departments, these joint visits to our customers strengthened Bioteck–Beckman Coulter’s presence in the Lebanese market and reinforced our after-sales support by actively listening to the customers’ feedback and implementing tailored action plans for each site based on their specific needs and expectations.
