FMPS – Are You Okay Day

At FMPS Holding, we marked Are You Okay? Day by encouraging meaningful conversations and spreading positivity across our workplace.
Our HR team set up a Check-In Box at the reception, inviting everyone to pick a random card and carry a kind thought throughout the day. We also placed Reminder Stickers around the building to remind our team that support is always within reach.
Because sometimes, asking “Are you OK?” can make all the difference.
